With this FRED you can realistically equip your American freight trains with a flashing rear light. The flashing circuit consumes only minimal power (approx. 5 mA), so that a standard 9 V battery approx. 600 operating hours. For better installation, the FRED is not soldered to the board, because usually the cable must be inserted into the interior of a freight wagon. Fred can be fixed with a small screw or with superglue on the back wall of the FREDS. When gluing, the mounting foot can be cut off with a side cutter. Please note, the positive pole of the LED is the stripped wire. Use a very fine soldering iron to solder the wires. The soldering surfaces are very small. FRED is intended for operation with a standard 9 V battery (not included). Box contents: 1 x FRED with connection wires, 1 x control electronics with 9 V battery clip.
